Robotic High-Pressure Cleaning Machine by Tekwash Systems Pune — view 1

Tekwash robotic cleaning machines place an industrial robot inside a sealed cell to guide high-pressure lances and nozzles — from 100 up to 1000 bar — precisely along the component. The result is targeted deburring of cross-drilled holes, pinpoint flushing of galleries and complete removal of chips from complex geometries.

Robotic cells are paired with multi-tier filtration, absolute filters and multi-process drying including vacuum drying, enabling Millipore values below 2 mg / 1000 cm² with no particles above 300 µm and 100% dry parts — at low cycle times despite complex component geometry.

FAQ

Robotic High-Pressure Cleaning Machine — frequently asked questions

A robot guides a high-pressure lance (100–1000 bar) along a programmed path so that every bore, cross-hole and edge receives the exact pressure and dwell needed to deburr and flush it — far more precisely than fixed nozzle manifolds.

Tekwash robotic cells target precision cleaning: Millipore residue below 2 mg / 1000 cm², no particles larger than 300 µm and 100% dry components verified in our in-house lab.

For many cast and machined components, high-pressure water jet deburring removes burrs at cross-holes and intersecting bores without tool wear, and cleans the part in the same cycle.
